I want to begin by once again saying a big thank you to everyone for your understanding in the re-opening of our Shule services and the slow and gradual process in doing so. We wish we could have everyone back but as you know we are very limited in the numbers. I would like to thank Basil Krawitz and Harold Goldberg for coordinating the roster, it is no easy feat!
An important Update re Shavuot Services ( everything is subject to change but if all things being equal this is the plan:)
It is our aim to have two services for each day of Shavuot (Friday morning and Shabbat morning) and one for each evening.
We are going to try accommodate as many as possible but please understand that we might not be able to include everyone. Those with Yarzheit or saying Kaddish will be given priority as we have done till now.
If you want to attend any other service including weekday or Shabbat services please fill it in on the same form listed above.
We will also do a short Yizkor memorial on Thursday at 4:20pm over Zoom (https://zoom.us/j/116383175
PASSWORD : SCHC) for those who are not able to attend on Shavuot for Yizkor. You can also email through any names of loved ones you would like me to mention at the Yizkor service on Shavuot. firstname.lastname@example.org. We also have some great Pre-Shavuot events through next week which you can find below.
( FOR WEEKDAY, SHABBAT SERVICES OR SHAVUOT YOU MUST BE NOTIFIED THAT YOU CAN ATTEND. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND WITHOUT THAT NOTIFICATION. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INSIDE)
Friday mincha: 4:25pm Shabbat morning 9:00am THE SERVICE WILL NEED TO BE LESS THAN 2 HOURS Shabbat Mincha 5:00pm followed by Maariv at 6:00pm
If you have any questions of concerns please feel free to call or email me. These are challenging times but we will continue to provide online engagement and do our best to keep you informed with updates.
